WHO WE ARE

Johnson Web Services provides an AI phone answering service to small home-services businesses. Our client is the business owner who purchases the service.

WHAT WE COLLECT

When someone calls a phone number operated by Johnson Web Services on behalf of a client business, we collect the caller’s phone number, a recording and transcript of the message they leave, and the details they provide, such as their name, service address, and the nature of their request.

We also hold customer contact lists that our client businesses provide to us, so that we can recognize their existing customers when they call.

HOW WE USE IT

We use this information for one purpose: to tell the business owner who called and what they need. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

SMS/TEXT MESSAGING

Johnson Web Services sends service-related text messages only to the business owners who have purchased our service and to staff members those owners designate. We do not send text messages to the general public or to our clients’ customers. Messages include call summaries and emergency alerts about the business’s incoming calls.

Consent is collected during onboarding, before any number is added. Message frequency varies with call volume, typically 1-10 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SHARING

We use third-party service providers to operate the service, including telephony, speech-to-text, and hosting providers. They process this information only to deliver the service. We do not otherwise share it.

RETENTION

Call records are retained for the life of the client account. A client business may request deletion of their data at any time.
